1. Do I need an appointment?
No, you can drop into the studio anytime between the listed hours. It is first come first serve. I am not open for passports at any other time throughout the week. I am a full time portrait photographer and the studios primary use is for children and family photo sessions. 

2. Can I get the digital file?
Yes, your digital file can be sent to you by email. Bring in the specifications for the photo size and it can be made to what you need. Additional cost, $14.99.

3. Why is my digital file not being accepted? Sometimes the computer system rejects photos for unknown reasons. Everything is correct but the computer system you are uploading to will find an error. I believe it might be due to shirt colour (too light or too dark), big hair or beard, headwear, etc. If this happens come back to the studio and we can adjust the photo or try again at no additional charge.
